Scott has 35 years of Strategic and Tactical Military Aerospace Hardware Design and Development, and Program Management experience from working at Hughes Space and Communications and Boeing Satellite Development Center in El Segundo CA. He maintains an in depth knowledge of Microwave, RF, Digital, Analog, and Mixed Signal design and analysis. He also has extensive background experience in Hybrid Electronics Packaging and Manufacturing applications and their qualification for Mil/Aero programs. His 35 years of experience spans the breath of High Reliability Solid-State Processes and Components thru Satellite Payload Design, and Development, as well as, effective Project and Supplier management. He is skilled in Electronic Design, Analysis, and Test, Risk Management, Mission and Quality Assurance for government programs. He has experience with Program Management tools and techniques including government contracting CAM requirements and responsibilities. Scott currently holds both DOD and SSBI clearances.
